Petrol price hits N617 Per litre at NNPC Outlets
Reports reaching Business Africa Digest indicates that the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has increased the pump price of PMS to N617 per litre.
Observations by our reporter in several retail outlets owned by the NNPCL in parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, confirmed the development on Tuesday morning.
Other Abuja residents also confirmed this development to our correspondents.
The pump price of PMS has been on the rise since the Federal Government’s announcement of subsidy removal in June.
While the NNPCL is yet to officially confirm the latest development, the Nigeria Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NDMPRA) is yet to comment on enquiry by Business Africa Digest as of the time of filing this report.
