Eulogize Nomination of 4 SANs of Idoma Extraction
The Executive Secretary of Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) Arc Sonny Echono has expressed joy and happiness over the nomination of four(4) Idoma sons to the revered position of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
“I received with great joy the news of the remarkable accomplishments of 4 Idoma sons, who were nominated for elevation to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN)”, Echono said in a post on a popular Idoma platform, The Benue Rebirth Movement.
According to him, “this feat, amongst a select list of only 57 nominees from across the country, is an unprecedented achievement that bears true testimony to the culture of hardwork , commitment, dedication, perseverance and resilience which defines the idoma nation”.
He noted that it was common knowledge that where merit and competence are the selection criteria, and if afforded an opportunity, our people will always excel”.
“Our irrepressible and indomitable spirit is the envy of many. We must constantly strive to renew and bequeath it to future generations”, he said.
He said “As we recall, eulogise and commend the trailblazing and mentoring efforts of Godwin Obla, SAN and the guidance and supportive disposition of the likes of Paul Harris Ogbole, SAN, we enjoin all sons and daughters of idoma land to look beyond our present challenges, to aspire, endeavour and achieve the greatness that the Lord has destined for us”.
