Ahead of the 2027 general elections in Benue State, the people of Odugbeho Ward in Agatu Local Government Area of Benue State have cried out over years of political Marginalization, notably appointments into both Government and party offices.
Speaking to newsmen over the weekend in Abuja, a prominent legal Practitioner and son of Odugbeho, Barrister Anthony Ochechofu Onum(Esq) appealed to his brothers and sisters in both Egba and Okokolo wards to allow Equity, justice and fairness to play in 2027 by giving opportunities to Odugbeho Ward to produce the next State House of Assembly Position.

Iduh Oyigebi and Late Dutse Stephen as party Chairmen and Council secretary while Hon Odachi Maigida was Special Adviser to the Governor.
According to him, ” For the purpose of Equity Participation, Justice and fairness, it should be the turn of ODUGBEHO WARD to pick the position of the State House of Assembly come 2027 and appealed to all sons and daughters of Agatu to rally round them to achieve the desired goal.
