The Unwavering Commitment of Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna to the Victory of Gombe State, then, now and always
During the period when the Executive Governor of Gombe State, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, was seeking re-election, the journey was far from easy.
It was a time of uncertainty, a time that demanded courage, loyalty, and sacrifice.
At that critical moment, many of those who today seek political relevance had withdrawn.
They stepped back, leaving the Governor and the good people of Gombe State to face the challenge alone. But in the face of adversity, one man stood firm, Dr. Jamil Isyaku Gwamna, the Sardauna of Gombe, the Ja gaba of Dadiya and also the Kan Giwan Tangale.
He did not retreat. He did not waver. He did not abandon the cause. Instead, he remained steadfast. He upheld the trust placed in him and worked tirelessly to ensure that the struggle ended in victory. We salute you Sardaunan Buba yero.
Sardauna sacrificed his time, his resources, and even his personal comfort. He distanced himself from his family, endured long days and sleepless nights in the field, all for one purpose, to secure success for His Excellency and for the people of Gombe State.
This was not a small commitment. It was a demonstration of loyalty, resilience, and unwavering dedication to leadership and collective progress of Gombe state.
Today, when the path has become smoother and victory has already been secured, we are seeing many of those people stepping forward, proclaiming loyalty and affection.
But history does not forget. It is well known that those who stand firm in times of hardship are the ones who truly deserve recognition in times of ease.
His Excellency the Governor is fully aware. He has witnessed every sacrifice, every act of commitment, and every moment of truth.
Now is the time for fairness. Now is the time to affirm that Experience, loyalty, capacity, trustworthy matters, and the sacrifice will never be in vain.
We humbly appeal that due consideration be given to the immense contributions of the Sardauna of Gombe, the contributions made with sincerity, not for personal gain, but for the success of the mission and the progress of Gombe State.
The time is now.
